Lobby and End-of-Trip Upgrade

In 2026, the ground floor and End-of-Trip facilities are being reimagined to work even better for how our customers use them.

The Lobby is being opened up and enhanced with natural timber and stone. The flow from entrance to lifts is becoming more direct and intuitive.

Key Features include:

• Two new bookable meeting rooms (one for 10 people, one for 16) with proper AV setups and Logitech booking systems. For when internal spaces are booked out, or you need somewhere neutral for a client meeting. 
• A transformed outdoor terrace. Completely refreshed with new furniture, better layout, and yes — a table tennis table for when lunch needs a reset.
• Expanded End-of-Trip facilities on P4. Building on what's already there with new change rooms, 86 bike racks (up from the current capacity), 210 lockers, and 20 showers. Designed for the reality that more people are cycling in.
• An enhanced Concierge desk, improved wayfinding, and seating areas designed for how people actually use them (quick catch-ups, solo laptop work, waiting for someone).
